JANUARY 13, 2025, IMPORTANT UPDATE: Please note, the Court has extended the deadlines for submitting claims, requesting exclusion from the Settlement Class, and objecting to the proposed Settlement, the proposed Plan of Allocation, and/or the Fee and Expense Application, until April 25, 2025.  Moreover, the Settlement Hearing will now take place on June 20, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
